With [url=http://www.cpanel.com]cPanel[/url] and [url=http://netenberg.com/fantastico_scripts.php]fantastico[/url], it is possible to install a template and having a functioning website in an hour or two.

The hardest part for me at least was coming up with the text to put on the pages.

I installed Templates Express via fantastico. Then edited the pages to customize it with my own text.
